This is a psalm of thanksgiving. The psalmist realized the goodness and greatness of the Lord and could not help but give him praise. As we wake up to see this beautiful morning, let our heart be full of gratitude to the Lord. Let us sing praises to His name.
The name of Jesus is everything to a believer. Faith in that glorious name will bring deliverance anytime and every time even in our sleep or in a dream. That name is honoured on earth, above the earth and beneath the earth. It is the name of Jesus that brings the victory.
In versed 10 of our text this morning, the psalmist declared that those who know the value of the name of the Lord can never fail, so face this day with a smile on your face and in your heart because you have come into this day by faith in the name of the Lord of Hosts, the God of the armies of Israel.
Have a great day, as you go out this morning trust in power in the name of Jesus it can never fail. This morning and throughout today, let that name be on your heart and on your lips- the name Jesus.
