TOPIC: What Do You Have To Share?
BIBLE READING: – 1 Timothy 6:17-19
Do you know there are, any out there who are hungry and dying of hunger? Do you know someone who does not have what to eat or good clothes to wear? Yet you have more than enough. You can share your clothes or food with these ones. Do you know someone as a student who is lonely and has nobody to play with in school? Some Christians in your class may not have money to feed with during break, while some may not be able to afford JAMB forms or pay for WAEC examination, yet you have extra.
Jesus wants us o help the needy. You can identify one today and share what you have that he or she lacks. I got to know about a man who will only eat one main meal in a day, because he got used to it while in a higher institution. It was not because he could not afford two meals, but his friend could not, so he had to share with him.
Do you have Jesus as your friend? If not, make him your friend today by simply confessing your sins to him and inviting him into your life. If he is, then share him with others so he can become their friend too.
THOUGHT: YOU CAN’T LIVE A MORE FULFILLED LIFE, WHEN YOU SHARE WHAT YOU HAVE.
